Camp KittyCat!

This is Esther's first week out of school. We love to have a routine--very rough--for the summer so that the things that matter (violin, chores, etc.) get done and then bring on the fun. Our summer-kick-off camp is loosely based on an idea from FlyLady called Camp GonnaWannaFly. Here's our CampKittyCat schedule.

We started on Sunday night, making plans, naming our camp, thinking up a camp cheer Meow-Wow! and watching "The Parent Trap." Because who doesn't want to go to summer camp with Hayley Mills?

Monday: After the usual camp chores, we hit the craft store for supplies to make our kitty necklaces. We also got beads so we could earn Meowards. If you look at our list, you will think we are amazing but really, we just do what feels fun for the day. So we WERE going to go out for ice cream on Thursday but we needed ice cream today! We invited friend Abby to spend our first day with us.

Stay tuned for more fun at Camp KittyCat!
